unRAID Headless Server OS

I was looking to replace the server OS for my home media machine. I came across unRAID while comparing different available options. It has been the best decision I have made for my home server this year (actually 2015).

The utilization, integration, and support of the docker system has been a great experience. The developers and maintainers associated with the unRAID product have really leaned forward and adapted something very useful. The rapid deployment of applications with predefined variables for easy setup has been very easy to work with.

Virtual Machines

After watching some the official videos from Lime Technology, the company developing unRAID, I was able to spin up a W10 instance in no time. I am able to remote into it and work on my local environment with ease.
